MORNING:

Itinerary:

07.00 – 08.00 am -> pick you up at Hotel (Yogyakarta) & drive direct to the meeting point of cycling tour

08.00 - 11.00 am -> start cycling tour activities & enjoy view during tour

11.00 - 11.45 am-> have traditional snack, fruit, and coffee/tea before going back to hotel

11.45 - 12.30 pm   arrive back in Hotel Yogyakarta. Tour end

 

AFTERNOON:

Itinerary:

13.30 – 14.00 pm -> pick you up at Hotel (Yogyakarta) & drive direct to the meeting point of cycling tour

14.00 - 17.00 pm -> start cycling tour activities & enjoy view during tour

17.00 - 17.45 pm-> have traditional snack, fruit, and coffee/tea before going back to hotel

17.45 - 18.30 pm   arrive back in Hotel Yogyakarta. Tour ends

YOU HAVE TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO:

  • Please be ready 15 minutes before meeting time. The tour will depart from the Meeting point/your accommodation.
  • Tour will take place both rain and shine
  • For lunch/breakfast, we choose a restaurant with food hygiene standard on your own. (optional)
  • Reservation can be done two days in advance

 

Terms and conditions:

  • Hotel pick up and drop off are available within Yogyakarta City (hotels or train station)
  • Hotel pick up and drop off from outside Yogyakarta City are considered as additional service.
  • Airport Pick Up or drop off (Yogyakarta International Airport) is considered as an additional service.
  • Reserve now & Pay Later (half down payment recommended as tour confirmation)
  • If you reserve more than one month prior to date, we need at least 20% Down Payment from total amount as confirmation or as per agreement from both parties.

 

Cancellation policy

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
